Winchester, Va. Elks 867 Sharing 

Thanks to the generous donations of our members throughout the month of October , Winchester Elks 867 Lodge donated coats, hats, shoes and gloves to Executive Director, Andrea Cousens with CCAP. In addition, we partnered with Kemper Belford who started the organization Kemper Cares and he delivered 75 Shelter packs that included a hat, gloves, socks, basic toiletries and an emergency blanket.
