BOYS:

WEEK 1: July 5-July 11: Bedford-Lynchburg, Charlottesville,

Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, 

Onancock, Portsmouth-Chesapeake, Roanoke, Staunton, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Waynesboro

WEEK 2: July 12-July 18: Alexandria, Arlington-Fairfax, Clifton Forge, Danville, Front Royal, Harrisonburg, Loudoun, Martinsville, Pulaski, Richmond, Winchester, Woodbridge

GIRLS:

WEEK 3: July 19-July 25: Bedford-Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Onancock, Portsmouth-Chesapeake, Roanoke, Staunton, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Waynesboro

WEEK 4: July 26- August 1: Alexandria, Arlington-Fairfax, Clifton Forge, Danville, Front Royal, Harrisonburg, Loudoun, Martinsville, Pulaski, Richmond, Winchester, Woodbridge

The above schedule does not include the quotas. Quotas are based on membership as of April 1, 2026. For every 25 members (on April 1, 2026), or partial of 25, the Lodge sponsors 1 camper.

Example: Membership is 103=5 campers. The Lodge is responsible for paying $170 per camper even if no children attend the camp. This also coincides with the Andy Award criteria.

**Remember…those campers you send, have the opportunity to make memories of a lifetime…those who are not given the opportunity, do not have that opportunity!
