The Honorable Bob Goolrick, a Member of the Grand Forum, has asked that each Virginia Lodge be aware of a newly published booklet entitled “Guide to the Courts of the Order.”
 
According to the March 2010 issue of the Grand Lodge Newsletter, which all Lodges have in their possession, “The Guide discusses all aspects of proceedings before the Subordinate Forum of a lodge, from the beginning of the proceedings through its conclusion, and appeals to Grand Forum.”

From Brother Goolrick: This booklet will make it much easier for Lodges to follow the proper procedures in Subordinate Forum and other Lodge legal proceedings. Grand Lodge recommends that the Exalted Ruler, Presiding Justice, and Chairman of the governing body should obtain a copy. (I think the Loyal Knight should also have a copy.)
