small but dedicated and greatly increasing in Membership over the last
four (4) years. Mostly younger Candidates being Initiated. Many members
have motorcycles and are multitalented. |

spirit and determination to develop their Lodge and Community Activities
so that the name of Elks will be born proudly by all who know that Virginia
Beach does have an Elk's Lodge. |
