Two Angel's win Awards for their Veteran's Work

Melinda and Donnie Angel, both of Newport News Lodge 315, were presented Voluntary Veterans of the Year at State Convention, in Charlottesville.  Presenting the Awards were James Nichelson, GER; Ted Hess, PGER and Don DeLap Virginia's General Chairman of the Elks National Veterans Service.
