VIRGINIA HOSPITALITY ROOM

The Purpose of the Virginia Hospitality Room is to provide a common meeting place for all Virginia Delegates and their families attending the Grand Lodge Convention, and provide a facility for hosting and entertaining Grand Lodge Officers and Elks from every part of the country to meet and enjoy Virginia Hospitality. The chairman is also in charge of arranging the necessary housing accommodations for all Virginia Delegates and their families.
